Transcanada hopeful for full Keystone XL approval in very near future

The below links to an interview with Russ Girling, CEO of Transcanada, who makes the usual very compelling arguments for Keystone XL. The southern portion of the pipeline is expected in service by the end of 2013 and oil from Canada is a logical replacement for Venezuelan crude. He also mentions the Bakken onramp which is expected to be in Baker, MT.
